Solution Operations team
In addition to these closures, the Solution Operations team will be available from 8am-6pm GMT from Thursday 22nd December 2022 and will resume normal hours of 8am-8pm GMT on Tuesday 3rd January 2022.
We will have remote cover available at the weekends for access queries only, so emails received outside of office hours will be addressed as soon as possible when the team are back in the office.
Digital Transcription team
The Digital Transcription team will be available 9am-3pm from 28th to 30th December 2022, returning to normal hours from Tuesday 3rd January 2022.
